The first year of motherhood

“The most difficult path of birth is the year afterwards…the growing surges of your heart as it pushes out selfishness and fear and makes room for sacrifice and love.”     Joy Kusek, LCCE
We all know that the sleepless nights in pregnancy and sore backs, then the pangs of labour are just the beginning.
Even though motherhood is one of the most rewarding and enriching passages in a woman’s life it is also the most challenging. That first year is a huge milestone for bub as well as parents. Everyone seriously deserves a trophy by 12 months!
Maybe you or perhaps a mum you know is looking for some genuine support to carry her through?
Maybe you are wondering if there’s anything beyond the comparison and advice giving treadmill in the average mothers group.
Well, over here at She Births® there is!
If you want to embrace your journey, share the load and parent consciously then come along and join our extra special Soul Mama Circle.
I like to think of our circles as a combination between a mothers group and a traditional women’s circle.
Mum’s maintain confidentiality and respect each other’s inner wisdom and strength. We set topics each week to reflect upon and rotate around each others houses or parks.
Our next Soul Mama Circle begins:

  • Monday 11 February @ 12 – 2pm
  • $30 as a one off administration fee
  • Dharma Shala Yoga School – 108 Brighton Blvd. North Bondi
  • RSVP today

Don’t miss out!
Thanks for sharing the love and support.
xx Nadine
